How can I upload a document to Turnitin without storing it in the database?

If you don’t want the document you are uploading on Turnitin to remain in the database, you have to edit one of the parameters in the Optional settings of the Turnitin Assignment activity.

Under Submit paper to, you will find a drop-down menu, where, if you do not want the document to be kept in Turnitin’s database, you must select the option Do not store the submitted papers.

Important: If you do not enable this setting, Turnitin will use this document for future comparisons.
