I forgot my password to access iCorsi: what can I do?

For USI (SWITCH edu-ID account)

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from here: http://eduid.ch.

Click on Forgot password? At this point you will be asked to enter your e-mail; an e-mail will be sent to you through which you can set a new password.

For SUPSI (Microsoft account)

If you forgot your password, you can reset it through this procedure.

Go to portal.office.com
Click on “Can’t access your account?”

Work or school account
Insert your username, insert the verification code (CAPTCHA), then click on Next. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you specified in your personal profile or via SMS.
