I forgot my password to access iCorsi: what can I do?

For USI (SWITCH edu-ID account)

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from here: http://eduid.ch.

Click on Forgot password? At this point you will be asked to enter your e-mail; an e-mail will be sent to you through which you can set a new password.

For SUPSI (Microsoft account)

If you forgot your password, you can reset it through this procedure.

• Go to portal.office.com
• Click on “Can’t access your account?”

• Work or school account
• Insert your username, insert the verification code (CAPTCHA), then click on Next. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address you specified in your personal profile or via SMS.
